DELACEY AT GREEN

Designed for a 1.1 acre site behind an existing, historically significant, mid-century commercial building in the heart of Old Town Pasadena, the 64 unit luxury condominium building preserves the primary design elements of the existing building and proposes the adaptive re-use of its commercial space. The architectural style reflects the mid-century modernist motif of the existing structure, providing large expanses of glass in contrast to solid architectural planes of color.
