Situated at one of San Gabriel's most vibrant intersections, the project finds itself in close proximity to primary transit stops. One of the primary challenges was to create street level commercial spaces to activate the pedestrian experience while allowing for a central courtyard that encourages cross pedestrian access through the project block as well as a common area to serve the community.
